The six-week Rising Legacy Builders: Empowering the Next Generations in Family Enterprises program is thoughtfully structured to provide a rich, global learning experience. Participants will spend:
- Module 1: September 22 – 26, 2025, at Columbia Business School, at Manhattanville Campus in New York City.
- Module 2: January 12–16, 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
- Module 3: March 9–13, 2026 in Paris.
- Module 4: June 22–26, 2026 in Egypt.
- Module 5: October 5–9, 2026 in Asia.
- Module 6: January 12–16, 2027, at Columbia Business School, at Manhattanville Campus in New York City.

Program Content
This six-week executive education program guides participants through a transformative journey, immersing them in five strategic dimensions essential for impactful leadership and sustainable growth.
Each week builds on the last, ensuring a seamless progression from conceptual understanding to practical application. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the tools and insights to lead with purpose and drive meaningful change across personal, familial, and societal levels.
Module 1: Laying the Foundation (1 Week)
This introductory module offers a deep dive into five key dimensions, highlighting how they interconnect and influence each other. Through interactive sessions, participants will uncover personal and systemic patterns, setting the stage for meaningful exploration and growth.

The program offers two immersive projects that allow you to apply new skills, make a difference, and align your personal and family goals.
1. Impact Project (Team-Based)
Collaborate with peers to make a meaningful impact on a cause you’re passionate about. Partner with an organization working in that area and apply your strategic and leadership skills to support their mission. This experience lets you bring learning to life, creating positive change and gathering valuable insights to strengthen your family enterprise.
2. Commitment & Alignment Project (Individual)
This final, personalized project helps you integrate your year-long learning into a “living document.” Develop a plan that aligns your personal growth with your family’s values and goals, fostering deeper connections and ensuring that the positive outcomes of your experience are shared and sustained within your family.
