How to Get Started

FAQ

When is payment due?

Full payment is required within 30 days of application acceptance. Coaching access is granted only after payment is received.

Can I get a refund on my coaching sessions?

No. Once your first session is scheduled, no refunds, transfers, or substitutions are allowed.

Can I reschedule a coaching session?

Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice via email to execed@gsb.columbia.edu.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may result in the session being forfeited.

What if the coach needs to cancel?

The coach or Executive Education team will provide at least 24 hours' notice and reschedule at a mutually agreed time.

How long do I have to complete all coaching sessions?

All sessions must be completed within six (6) months of your first scheduled session. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can the program details change?

Yes. Columbia Business School Executive Education reserves the right to change program details, including dates, format, or personnel, at any time.

Are there eligibility requirements?

Yes. Enrollment may be limited at Columbia’s discretion. Ineligible participants will receive a full refund if payment was made.

Is English proficiency required?

Yes. Coaching is conducted in English. If English is your second language and you have limited experience in English-speaking settings, you may be asked to provide proof of proficiency.

Can the Terms & Conditions change?

Yes. Columbia Business School Executive Education reserves the right to update the terms at any time without notice.
