Sowmya Gottipati, Head of Global Supply Chain Technology at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., is a highly accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in product management and digital transformation. She has delivered groundbreaking technology solutions across industries, including Telecom and Media. Before Estée Lauder, Sowmya held leadership positions at NBCUniversal and AT&T, where she spearheaded digital innovation. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MS in Engineering from N.C. State University, and is also a licensed private pilot with a passion for aviation.

This program equips me with the tools and insights needed to enhance decision-making and promote ethical governance, allowing me to have a meaningful impact on organizations.

Overall, the program offered a practical approach to board governance and provided numerous strategies for effectively operating on a board.
